Traditional Hyungs (forms)

Each belt level consist of several Korean forms (Hyungs). During each class these forms are practiced.

(Form and Self defense)

Staff, Knife, Sword are taught through-out your color belt journey. Starting with the Bo Staff and progressing to Sword.

Drills
(Health and Cardio)

Every class starts out with a stretch and cardio workout to improve fitness and stamina.

sparring
(self defense)

Student's self defense techniques and awareness are practiced during friendly sparring matches.
